Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and leadership skills, be able to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements





- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
- Candidates with experience in photography, wedding, baby photography, or other service-based businesses will be an advantage.
