- Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers warmly, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products from our stock.
- Sales Conversion: Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers to maximize sales and meet daily/monthly targets.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash or digital/card payments accurately, and issue bills.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Assist with unpacking current shipments, tagging items, checking inventory levels, and informing management of reorder needs.
- Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor, display racks, and trial/waiting areas neat, clean, and properly arranged throughout the day.
- Customer Retention: Address customer queries or complaints politely and build a welcoming shopping environment to encourage repeat visits.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
