•Handling Industrial & Corporate & Municipal Clients in Eastern India for BOBCAT & MANITOU Product line for Capital Equipment’s Sales.

•The person will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, achieving revenue and market-share objectives,
•Managing the sales team.
•Sales Training for the candidates regarding Lead management for Target achievement.
•Strict adherence to Review system for all sales personnel on weekly/monthly basis.
•Managing the Principals of both modules.
•Planning Demo, customer meets, financier meet.
•Managing Financier Key personnel and Brokers for Equipment Sales.
•Preparing Order Loss Report & Market share report on monthly basis.
•Review of Client Database Management for In-house Marketing.
•Correspondence Marketing through In-house Executive Assistants.
•Helping business growth of other verticals by cross selling. Reporting To Director Salary Best as per Industry Standard of Experience & qualification Incentives Lucrative incentive.
