Sales Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions

Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | 5–10 Years

We are looking for experienced Enterprise IT Sales professionals with a strong background in Contact Centre Solutions, CCaaS, CPaaS, CX, Unified Communications, Voice/Video, AV & Networking, or Enterprise IT Solutions .

The role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic account development and revenue growth across the West / South region.

What we're looking for:

- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales / IT Sales / System Integration
- Strong track record in new logo acquisition, hunting, account growth, cross-selling and upselling
- Experience selling Contact Centre Solutions, CCaaS, CPaaS, UC, Voice/Video, AV & Networking solutions
- Candidates from Enterprise SaaS, Customer Experience (CX), AI, and Digital Transformation solution providers will also be considered.
- Solid relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs,



COOs and Customer Experience / Digital Transformation leaders
- Experience in consultative selling, commercial negotiations and enterprise account management
- Ability to develop territory plans, strategic accounts and new revenue opportunities
- Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Poly and AudioCodes would be an advantage
- Strong customer network across West / South
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
