Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong knowledge of the steel industry to develop new business, manage existing customers, generate sales leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with steel dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors and industrial customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell MS Bars, Round Bars and other steel products.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop recent dealer/distributor networks.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch,



stores and logistics for timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and daily/weekly MIS.
- Understand market prices, demand, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in tenders, institutional sales and project-based business where applicable.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of steel/metal products and market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Experience in sales of MS Bars, Round Bars, TMT Bars, Structural Steel or other steel products will be preferred.

Salary 50,000 - 60,000 PM (Depending on experience and interview)
