About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for premium Managed Corporate Office Spaces, Flexible Workspaces, Co-working Spaces, Serviced Offices, and Business Centers in Bengaluru. The role focuses on B2B Corporate Leasing, Lead Generation, Business Development, and closing high-value lease transactions for Private Offices, Dedicated Floors, Hot Desks, Virtual Offices, Meeting Rooms, and Plug & Play Office Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Lead Generation, Business Development, Corporate Sales, and B2B Sales for Flexible Workspaces and Managed Office Spaces.
- Target IT/ITES Companies, MNCs, Startups, SMEs, CA Firms for office leasing and relocation.
- Conduct Site Visits, Client Meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations to close Leasing Deals.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers,



International Property Consultants (IPCs), and Relocation Companies.
- Manage listings on Real Estate Portals (99acres, Magicbricks) and run Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Build and lead Telemarketing Team for Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
- Build strong Sales Pipeline and achieve Revenue Targets in Commercial Leasing.
- Handle Documentation including LOI and Lease Agreements.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Commercial Leasing, Flexible Workspace Sales, Co-working Sales, or Serviced Office Leasing.
- Prior experience selling Managed Corporate Office Spaces or WeWork-style Versatile Workspaces preferred.
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
- Strong network with Corporates, Brokers, and Developers.
- Target-driven with field sales experience.
