Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business development, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales,after-sales activities for InvoiceNET® ERP.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Sales Team, leads, quotations, follow-ups, targets, and conversions.

· Monitor sales performance and conduct regular sales meetings.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.

· Drive sales growth through renewals, upgrades, and additional sales.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-ups.





· Coordinate with the Service Team for ERP implementation and customer issues.

· Support the Accounts Team in payment follow-ups when required.

· Prepare regular sales and after-sales reports for Management.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

· Experience in sales management, business development, or team leadership.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Ability to manage sales targets and guide a sales team.

· Good reporting, planning, and organisational skills.

· Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
