Role summary: Lead a team of relationship managers and meet booking targets.Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-10 executives and review daily activity
- Ensure site visits, follow-ups, and closures
- Train the team on project knowledge and sales pitches
- Report team performance to the Sales Head
Requirements
- 4-7 years in real estate sales, 1+ year leading a team
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
