We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive affordable home loan business through DSA channels, builders, connectors, and direct sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Build and manage DSA, builder, and referral partner networks.
- Handle the complete loan process from login to disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Ensure quality sourcing, documentation, and compliance.
Requirements:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in home loans or affordable housing finance.
- Robust local market knowledge and channel partner network.
- Excellent sales and relationship-management skills.
