About the Role

We are seeking a agile and result-driven Sales Manager.

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who

- Has first-hand experience launching a brand in your territory.
- Brings 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in wristwatch or lifestyle channel sales.
- Understands the entire sales lifecycle from planning and forecasting to sell-in and sell-out.
- Excels at relationship building, negotiation, and market development.
- Has deep knowledge of your regional market.
- Is a natural leader who can coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
- Is highly comfortable with Excel, presentations, and data-driven planning.
- Enjoys travelling and being on the ground.
- Holds a graduate degree in any discipline.

What You'll Do
- Setting up the distribution channel in the allotted region.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the penetration of the Brand in the market.




- Continuously review the sales performance of all partners to ensure that the sales targets set by the Company are met and over achieved.
- Effective sell-in and sell-out monitoring of all the channel partners.
- Effectively forecast the sales for your business unit so as to assist in inventory planning.
- Continuously keep analyzing the market and competition to study the gaps in our product offering and appraise the management on the same. - Hire, train, motivate and advise sales team members, wherever applicable.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.

The compensation will be based on the candidate's current compensation and their performance in the interview.
