Reports To: Regional Manager – Sales

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Overview:

· Lead and develop the sales plan across the branch by working closely with the customers for their EXIM logistics requirements

· Set revenue targets and collaborate with other functional heads to support the sales strategy

· Conduct regular reviews to enhance productivity and focus on branch profitability across the regions

· Provide strong support and relevant feedback to the operations and services team to ensure customers are managed professionally

· Identify attract and deploy the right talent from the competition based on business requirement and budgets allocated

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Ability to identify customer freight requirements and clearly communicate to match their needs
- Service a client segment to generate leads and sign new customers




- Builds a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential
- Acts as the customers main point of contract , by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that the queries ,problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Prepares and presents weekly/monthly reports detailing sales achieved and those predicted against targets

Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA (Sales) Preferably in Supply chain Management / Freight forwarding Experience: Minimum 03-8 years of Experience in Sales at Logistics industry

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
