Job Title: Sales Manager Enterprise Solutions

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a strong background in IT Sales, System Integration, Contact Centre Solutions, Enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Customer Experience (CX), AI, Unified Communications, Voice/Video, AV and Networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition, revenue growth and strategic account development across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Identify new customers, develop sales pipelines and expand existing enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs and senior customer experience and digital transformation stakeholders.
- Develop territory plans, account strategies and new revenue opportunities.
- Manage consultative selling, commercial negotiations, proposals and deal closures.
- Work closely with OEM partners such as Cisco, Juniper, Poly and AudioCodes.




- Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable customer solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure long-term account growth.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, IT Sales or System Integration.
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record in hunting new accounts and managing existing enterprise customers.
- Experience selling Contact Centre, CCaaS, CPaaS, Enterprise SaaS, CX, AI, Digital Transformation, Unified Communications, Voice/Video, AV or Networking solutions.
- Candidates from similar enterprise technology solution providers will also be considered.
- Solid commercial negotiation, presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Established customer network across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Western region.
