We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with strong expertise in the Real Estate sector , with sound knowledge of Luxury Residential and Commercial Projects .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall Real Estate Sales function . Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, booking, and collection targets . Strong understanding of

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects and their sales cycles. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives. Drive lead generation, site visits, conversions, bookings, and closures

. Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, HNI customers, investors, and key stakeholders .



Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.

Develop and implement effective Direct Sales and Channel Sales strategies . Review sales performance, forecasts, MIS, and key business metrics. Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams. Identify new business opportunities and expand the organisation's market presence. Provide strategic sales insights and regular business updates to Senior Management .

Only candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred. Minimum 20–25 years of relevant experience required.
