About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head / Business Development Qualified to generate and close high-value projects in landscaping, horticulture, landscape maintenance, swimming pools, pergolas, and outdoor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and close high-value business opportunities.
- Build relationships with hotels, resorts, corporates, developers, builders, hospitals, schools, and institutions.
- Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and project closures.
- Develop AMC contracts and recurring maintenance business.




- Establish strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, Procurement Heads, and Facility Managers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain profitability, business margins, and client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Robust industry network and corporate relationships.
- Proven record of handling and closing large-value projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing ₹10 Cr+ annual business portfolios preferred.
- Target-driven, independent, and commercially strong.
