We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential clients and promote the agency’s digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing,



advertising, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, and content marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
