Field Sales Executive – HMD Nokia

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to handle HMD Nokia mobile phone sales across Kendrapada district and surrounding peripheral markets.

The candidate will be responsible for retailer visits, order generation, new outlet development, retailer relationship management and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit mobile retailers and dealers across the assigned territory.
- Generate orders and drive sales of HMD Nokia mobile phones .
- Develop new retailers and expand the retail outlet network.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing retailers.
- Communicate product launches, schemes, offers and promotions to retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure regular market coverage.
- Follow up with retailers regarding pending payments and collections.
- Explore new markets, villages and potential retail outlets across the district.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activity.
- Resolve retailer queries and coordinate with the office regarding product/service issues.




- Provide regular updates on sales, market visits, collections and competitor activity.

Candidate Profile
- Previous field sales experience is preferred, with experienced candidates given preference.
- Experience in mobile phones, telecom, consumer electronics, FMCG or distribution sales will be highly preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.
- Must be based in Kendrapada district or nearby area .
- Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across the district.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently managing the assigned market.
- Knowledge of the Kendrapada retail/mobile market will be an advantage.
