Role Description The Sales Executive role at UMANG Communications Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities across advertising, events, exhibitions, signage, and décor solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting services and solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales.



The role also involves coordinating with internal creative and operations teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The Sales

Executive will represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of advertising, events, exhibitions, or related marketing services, with an understanding of client needs in these domains.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and report preparation for sales tracking and planning.
- Candidates should possess strong planning, time management, and coordination skills to work effectively with creative, operations, and production teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in advertising, events, media, or marketing agencies, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Guwahati and travel locally as required.
