About the Role

Finnovationz is urgently hiring a Telugu-speaking Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, explain the Demat account opening process, and convert leads into successfully activated accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Call Telugu-speaking leads and explain the benefits of opening a Demat account.
- Guide clients through account opening, KYC, and documentation.
- Follow up with interested clients until their accounts are activated.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good client relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and account activation targets.
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and performance updates in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- 13 years of experience in sales, telecalling, financial services, or Demat account opening.
- Basic knowledge of stock markets, Demat accounts, and KYC processes.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
