We’re Hiring | International Admission Counsellor – US Market
? Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel US-based learners and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, from outreach to enrollment.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and build solid learner relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of international admissions experience (US market/EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a US-neutral accent.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Comfortable working US shifts and in a target-driven environment.
Working Details:
- 6 days a week with rotational offs.
- Shift: 8 PM–5 AM IST / 10 PM–7 AM IST.
