We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives who can contribute to our sales growth and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls professionally.
- Generate recent leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and close pending sales inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and processing.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and support company growth.

Candidate Requirements




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic/professional English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and customer follow-ups.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM familiarity.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, retail sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and selling skills are welcome to apply.
