About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing rental platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert incoming customer inquiries into successful PG bookings by understanding their accommodation needs, recommending suitable properties, coordinating visits, and following up until closure.

No cold calling required! You'll primarily work with leads who are already looking for accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential tenants who have enquired about PG accommodation.
- Understand customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, and move-in date.
- Recommend suitable PG properties based on their preferences.
- Coordinate with property owners and schedule visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with potential tenants and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead details,



customer interactions, and booking updates in our CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets.

Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Bangalore's PG and rental market is an added advantage.
