Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers for housing loans, mortgage loans, and other financial products related to housing finance.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions for their financial requirements.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds when approved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in the banking industry or a similar field (preferably in housing finance).
- Robust knowledge of DST (Direct Sales Team), HL (Home Loans), LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans, Open Market Operations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
