Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with mandatory experience in PCB assembly or PCB manufacturing to manage customer purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams, monitor production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The candidate should have a good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and customer order management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions and obtain purchase orders from domestic and international customers.
- Review customer purchase orders in coordination with the Planning and Engineering teams.
- Issue purchase order acknowledgements and communicate delivery schedules to customers.
- Review three-month customer forecasts and follow up to ensure accurate demand planning.
- Schedule and monitor domestic and international customer orders.
- Manage order priorities and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Track raw material availability and other production resources required for PCB manufacturing and assembly.
- Release work orders in the ERP system based on confirmed customer sales orders.
- Prepare sales reports, order status reports,



and delivery performance updates.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and proactively resolve order-related issues.

Required Skills and Competencies
- 24 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing or PCB assembly (PCBA).
- Experience in customer order management, sales coordination, order processing, or production coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and sales order processing.
- Understanding of production planning, material availability, and delivery scheduling.
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing and product development processes.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Travel Requirements Primarily local travel during business hours. Occasional out-of-area or overnight travel may be required.

Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in PCB manufacturing, PCBA, or EMS companies in customer order management, sales coordination, or production coordination roles are preferred.

Important: Candidates without prior PCB manufacturing or PCB assembly experience will not be considered.
