Hiring Alert | Field Sales Executive - Retail Branch Banking (Liabilities)

Location: Manesar, Najafgarh, South City II Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business by acquiring customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Salary Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other liability products.
- Conduct field sales activities, area mapping, and lead generation to identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals, SMEs, shop owners, and corporate clients.
- Promote banking products and services through direct sales, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC documents for account opening.
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth onboarding and customer servicing.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products to existing and new customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all bank policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG can apply.
- Solid communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for field sales and customer acquisition.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business through networking.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
- Knowledge of CASA/Liability products will be an added advantage.
