Key Responsibilities

- Drive residential real estate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle end-to-end discussions with prospective buyers and explain the company's offerings.
- Attend and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing platforms, understanding customers' needs and addressing their concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading developers, investors, and end customers.
- Negotiate deals and advise clients on market conditions, property prices, and investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and provide personalized property consultations, including services for HNI customers.
- Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing suitable residential properties based on their budgets and investment needs.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to evaluate property values.
- Coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional integrity.

Skills Required
