Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials to dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key customers. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and project-based clients.
- Promote and sell the company's building material products.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit construction sites, dealer outlets, architect offices, and project locations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery, and customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily visit reports.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, BBA, or Marketing is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dealer networks, construction markets, and project sales.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in cement, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, paints, adhesives, waterproofing, pipes, electrical products, plywood, laminates, glass, aluminium, steel, or other construction materials will be preferred.

- Monthly sales revenue and target achievement.
- New dealer and customer acquisition.
- Number of productive market visits.
- Repeat business and customer retention.
- Payment collection and reduction in outstanding dues.
- Sales growth and market coverage.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
