We are expanding our distribution network in Trivandrum and are looking for dynamic, driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding market coverage, managing retail dealer networks, driving sales volumes, and achieving monthly targets in your assigned territory within Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail & Distribution Coverage: Regularly visit retail counters, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors in the assigned territory.
- Order Generation: Secure daily sales orders for Pavizham products and maximize outlet shelf presence.
- Recent Outlet Acquisition: Identify potential new retail outlets and onboard them to expand product reach.
- Dealer & Client Relationships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, key accounts, and distributors.




- Market Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand, reporting feedback to management.
- Payment Collections: Assist in collecting payments and outstanding dues within specified credit terms.

Key Requirements

- Education: Higher Secondary (+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food products, or retail distribution.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam; basic knowledge of English/Hindi is a plus.
- Location & Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler driver’s license and personal vehicle for field visits across Trivandrum.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Salary Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month(commensurate with experience)
