Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to manage leads, follow up with potential customers, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads received through CRM, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Contact potential customers promptly and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Explain company services, packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with CRM,Operations, Finance, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and lost opportunities.
- Submit daily sales reports and update the Sales Head on performance.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.




- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and communication standards.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience
- Any degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or booking management is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
