Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Seller Business Development Associates (BDA) to engage with property owners and customers, conduct property visits, and drive successful sales, rental, and leasing transactions. Qualified leads will be provided by NoBroker.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet property owners and customers and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Follow up with customers and property owners to drive closures.
- Negotiate and support successful deal closures.
- Onboard property owners and promote relevant NoBroker services.
- Update property and customer details in CRM/App.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility
- Diploma or Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience can apply.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own bike/two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
- Smartphone.
- English + any one regional language: Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Hindi / Marathi
