What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, wholesalers, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Promote and sell the company's product range.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and understand market requirements.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into active customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the sales coordination, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections from customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, visit reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, market penetration, and sales volumeWhat We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food products, or consumer goods.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory and conduct regular market visits.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Malayalam is essential; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an added advantage for field sales responsibilities.
