Designation : Sales Executive

Salary range upto 40,000 in hand per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Business Expansion & Sales Growth

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target segments (Retail, MSME, Corporate).

● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet assigned targets.

● Pitch and promote NBFC products (Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, Business Loans, etc.).

● Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

2. Client Relationship Management

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources (brokers, agents, channel partners).

● Conduct regular client engagement activities, follow-ups, and customer visits.

● Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries to ensure retention.

3. Market Research & Strategic Planning

● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

● Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.





● Monitor competitor activities and product positioning in the NBFC/BFSI space.

4. Proposal & Negotiation

● Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for prospects and partners.

● Negotiate terms and commercial aspects to close deals profitably and within compliance.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

● Maintain accurate records of pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics; prepare sales forecasts and reports.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Marketing) for seamless product execution and customer onboarding.

6. Compliance & Professional Conduct

● Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI/NBFC regulatory requirements in all business activities.

● Represent the company professionally in meetings, industry events, and client interactions.
