About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads from potential customers for Personal Loan and OD products.
- Make outbound calls and explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Assist customers in collecting KYC, income proof, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan application processing.
- Follow up with customers throughout the application and disbursement process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, banking, loans, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and follow up with customers.
- Hindi proficiency and basic English communication skills.
