Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Vadodara.

The Sales

Executive will welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry products while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and offers, handling queries, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to billing. The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping the showroom organized, updating stock information, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and store sales targets.





The Sales

Executive will also help manage basic documentation, follow store policies and security procedures, and ensure a positive buying experience for every customer.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer queries professionally.
- Effective communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with clear and polite interaction in a showroom setting.
- Basic numerical and computer skills for handling billing, POS systems, and easy record-keeping.
- Attention to detail and a neat, professional presentation suitable for a retail jewelry environment.
- Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn product details and sales techniques is essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, including weekends and peak festival seasons as required by retail operations.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further training in sales or retail will be an advantage.
