Sales Executive – Domestic Sales & Business Development

We are urgently hiring a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to promote and sell our manufactured products, including bike seat covers, rain covers, and leather bags. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing and negotiation skills, be comfortable communicating with clients, and be willing to travel across India for business development after completing the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.
- Identify potential clients, dealers, and business opportunities across India.
- Communicate professionally with clients in English.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Complete the initial training period and prepare for business travel.
- Travel across India approximately 1–2 times per month after the initial training period, as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in speaking with current people and handling clients.
- Willingness to travel across India after training.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates must currently reside within approximately 10–15 km of Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Candidates living outside this local commuting area should not apply.

Training & Travel
- Initial training period: Approximately 3–5 months.
- After training, domestic business travel will generally be required 1–2 times per month.

Salary Details
- Monthly CTC: ₹25,000
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹20,800
- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 (3 LPA)
