Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s hardware, lubricants, cutting tools, and power tools. Daily activities include visiting customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales deals. The role also involves preparing quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer support.

Executive will track market trends, gather customer feedback, and participate in sales planning to help achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Knowledge of hardware products, industrial/automotive lubricants, cutting tools, or power tools, or the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in the field, organize daily schedules, and meet defined sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for reporting, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or trading of industrial products is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory as required.
