Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

- Understand client requirements for furniture, decorative lights and architectural lighting.

- Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing and options.

- Suggest suitable furniture and lighting combinations based on the client's space and requirement.

- Handle product demonstrations and showroom presentations.

- Prepare quotations, follow-ups and coordinate orders.

- Manage billing, invoices and basic documentation.

- Coordinate with design, sales, inventory and installation teams.

- Maintain showroom display, product arrangement and presentation.

- Maintain customer enquiries and sales records.

- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth premium customer experience.

- Follow up with interested clients and support sales conversion.





- Assist in day-to-day showroom operations and coordination.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in premium retail, furniture, lighting, luxury lifestyle or interior products and preferred.

- Candidates from premium clothing/fashion/lifestyle showrooms can also be considered if they have strong customer handling and sales experience.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Well-groomed, confident and customer-friendly.

- Basic billing, Excel and computer knowledge.

- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to understand and explain products to customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
