Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales for payday loans and personal loan products.
- Connect with potential customers, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in payday loans, personal loans, or other loan-related sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of loan processes, customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
