About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our fabric store and handle customer enquiries, fabric selections, sales, and order coordination. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of fabrics and furnishing materials, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and enquiries at the fabric store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics, colours, patterns, and materials.
- Explain fabric specifications, pricing, availability, and other relevant details to customers.
- Handle sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Prepare and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the quotation and vendor management team for pricing and availability.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, orders, and sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, selections, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with vendors when required to check availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order completion.




- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in fabric, textile, furnishing, or interior-related sales is preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Good knowledge of fabrics and furnishing materials.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive understanding of colours, patterns, textures, and fabric applications.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining customer and sales records.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, customer-focused, and sales-oriented, with a genuine interest in fabrics and interior furnishings. The candidate should be able to build good relationships with customers and effectively guide them through their fabric selection and purchase. Candidates with experience in fabric, textile, furnishing, or interior-related sales will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
