Sales Executive – Real Estate

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team for our residential project in Dudulgaon, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into bookings.

Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and amenities to clients.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and booking commitments.

Coordinate with the marketing team and channel partners to generate business.

Maintain accurate lead records and regular sales reports.





Requirements

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Knowledge of Pune real estate markets will be an advantage.

Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused approach.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
