Role Description The Sales Associate role at Bajaj Finserv is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, managing inquiries, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

- Relevant experience in retail sales, financial services, or banking is preferred but not mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
