Role:Sales, Revenue, Operations People Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Driverevenue, GTV, conversion and profitabilitytargets.

Develop and execute sales strategies across products and destinations.

Lead, coach and scale high-performingSales Operations teams.

Conduct structured daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews.

Oversee end-to-end travel operations and customer experience.

Manage vendors, escalations and service quality.

Develop SOPs, workflows and SLAs to improve operational efficiency.

Use CRM, dashboards and business data for performance improvement.

Work closely with Product, Technology, Finance and other teams to drive business growth.

Ideal Candidate





Graduate in any discipline; Travel Tourism/Business Management preferred.

812 years of experiencein Sales, Operations or Sales Operations leadership.

Strong experience inTravel, Tourism, Hospitality or OTA.

Proven ability to manage and developlarge teams (50+ members).

Strong understanding ofrevenue, GTV, margins, conversion and sales productivity.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Target-driven, tech-savvy and highly execution-focused.
