Role Description The Sales and Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves visiting customer sites to install, maintain, and repair IVD instruments and related equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. The engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely, and document service activities clearly and accurately.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, assisting with sales presentations, supporting the sales team with technical insights, and building strong relationships with laboratory and hospital personnel.



The role also includes training end users on proper operation and basic maintenance, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to improve products and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, resolve faults, and guide customers effectively.
- Candidates should possess Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills to perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs at customer sites.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact with customers, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and prepare clear reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience with laboratory equipment, medical devices, or IVD instruments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and prioritize multiple service calls.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Hyderabad Area and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications and ability to use service management tools and documentation systems.
