Every PYAAS pack carries a QR code with detailed records of origin, participating farms, quality parameters, and timing of milking and chilling, ensuring complete traceability. The company currently sources milk from four family farms in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, with more farms being mapped and onboarded after thorough verification and testing.

Through its Android and iOS app and the PYAAS Digital Agent Network in Lucknow, PYAAS delivers single-farm milk, family farm milk, Bilona cow ghee, and Parag dairy products to consumers’ doorsteps. By bridging farmers, brands, and consumers, PYAAS offers fair markets to farmers, reliable supply to dairy brands, and verified product records to customers.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at PYAAS is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The specialist will drive customer acquisition and retention through direct sales activities, outreach campaigns, and relationship management with households, local retailers, and digital agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting PYAAS products and services, managing sales pipelines, coordinating with the PYAAS Digital Agent Network, and supporting on-ground activations and events.





The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team on digital and offline campaigns, gathering market feedback, and contributing to training materials for agents and partners. The specialist will work closely with operations and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders, address inquiries, and build trust with consumers and partners.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage leads, close deals, and meet or exceed targets in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to support, guide, and motivate on-ground agents or small teams, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts, including local promotions, digital outreach, and brand positioning, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using mobile and web-based applications for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in FMCG, dairy, agritech, or consumer-facing startups is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Noida, with occasional travel to partner locations or field sites as needed.
