Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. The specialist will drive student and client acquisition by promoting STEAM education programs in Gaming, Esports, Robotics, and AI, and by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, responding to inquiries, conducting product presentations and demos, and providing ongoing customer support. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating outreach activities with schools and organizations, and maintaining accurate sales reports and performance metrics.



The specialist will collaborate with training and academic teams to align sales messaging with program offerings and ensure a consistent brand presence in the local market.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects, responding to inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets, with familiarity in consultative selling and lead management.
- Experience in Training or educational program promotion, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Hisar and engaging with local institutions and partners.
- Basic understanding of or interest in STEAM education, Gaming, Esports, Robotics, or AI is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and use common productivity and CRM tools to manage daily activities.
