ABOUT THE ROLE

Vridora Realtors is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented candidates to join our growing sales team.

Freshers and candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Telecalling, or Customer Service are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming and outbound leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and support deal closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with senior sales team members, developers,



and internal teams.
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week from the Baner, Pune office.
