Job Title: Intern – Marketing & Brand Communications

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand promotion, digital marketing support, market research, content creation, and event execution for luxury home interiors and retail.

You will work closely with our core team to boost brand awareness, create engaging campaigns, and drive footfall and engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital & Social Media Support: Assist in creating, scheduling, and organizing content (images, reels, graphics) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns.
- On-Ground & Event Marketing: Help coordinate on-site promotional activities, brand events, store launches, and photo/video shoots within the showroom/mall.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct local market research across luxury housing societies, architectural studios, and interior design firms in Indore to identify promotional opportunities.
- Brand Collateral & Copywriting: Draft basic promotional copy, announcements,



WhatsApp broadcast content, and email campaign drafts.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Tracking: Assist in tracking lead sources from marketing initiatives, updating lead logs, and maintaining marketing data in Google Sheets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interest in visual storytelling, digital media, design trends, and luxury retail marketing.
- Basic working knowledge of Canva/design tools, social media platforms, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Creative mindset, high energy, and ability to collaborate across teams.
