Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales representatives to drive business growth through effective communication, coaching, and performance evaluation.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis to inform product development and brand positioning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to launch new products or promotions that meet customer needs.

- Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Robust understanding of Brand Management principles including Product Marketing, Brand Promotion, Brand Planning, Marketing Communication Planning.

- B.Sc degree from any specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
