Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen Trax's business presence in India. The role involves field marketing, healthcare client engagement, lead generation, relationship management, and promotion of diagnostic and laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners.
- Promote Trax diagnostic, laboratory, research, and healthcare services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into active clients.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities in the Chennai healthcare market.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, client-acquisition, and business-development targets.
- Maintain accurate client databases, daily activity reports, follow-up records, and marketing reports.
- Represent Trax professionally during client meetings, presentations, conferences, and healthcare networking activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Any Degree, or a related field Mandatory.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Diagnostic Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Pharma Sales, Medical Equipment Sales, Medical Representative and Medical Related Sales.
- Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, pathology, laboratory services, pharma, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong B2B marketing and client-acquisition knowledge.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for client visits and business-development activities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, confident, and performance-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and maintaining reports is preferred.

Candidate Preference

- Male candidates preferred.
- Age: 24 - 33 years.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare/diagnostics/pharma marketing exposure will be given preference.
- Candidates with an existing network among doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, or corporate healthcare clients will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field work, client meetings, and local travel across desirable locations.
