About us

Kalawati Steels is a 35-year-old steel and building material business in Varanasi, with a head office near DLW, a retail showroom and branches at Bachhaon and Chunar. The group also runs Kartik Steels TMT distribution across Eastern UP.

Work location: Head Office, Varanasi, with local field visits. Full time, 6 days a week.

What you will do

1. Call and visit contractors, builders, engineers, masons and retail customers across Varanasi.
2. Convert enquiries into orders for TMT bars, cement, roofing sheets, pipes and other building material.
3. Follow up every quotation until order or closure, and record every lead in the CRM or sheet.
4. Run local marketing: site banners, mason meets, WhatsApp and social media promotions.
5. Collect competitor market rates every week and report them.
6. Support the showroom team with walk-in customers.

Who we want
1. Sales experience in steel, cement, paint, tiles, sanitaryware or other building material is preferred, not required.
2. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
3. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
4. Lives in Varanasi.
