Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience. Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, building relationships, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store appearance standards by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, restocking shelves regularly, and organizing inventory efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals such as achieving sales targets,



improving customer satisfaction ratings, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on new products launches, promotions, and company news to provide informed assistance to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for managing transactions using point-of-sale systems.
